What is in each package

Prices are fixed and shown before you order. Plan-examiner comments on the original scope are fixed free for 90 days.

How it works

  1. Fill in the detailed calc: building, every appliance, heating and cooling.
  2. Upload your architectural plans, any mechanical, plumbing or sprinkler drawings, cut sheets and panel photos.
  3. We confirm the fixed price, draw the set and check it against your uploads.
  4. You get PDF sheets for your licensed electrician to review, adopt and file.

Who we are not for

Special installations need NYC DOB Electrical Plan Review, prepared and signed by a licensed Professional Engineer or Registered Architect (Electrical Code Section 110.2(B), under Local Law 128 of 2024): for example service equipment of 1,000 kVA or more, or work above 600 volts (1 RCNY 4000-01). We do not take those jobs. Homes and small apartment buildings are far below that line.

See your price before you send anything. Service upgrade package: $497, fixed price.

Questions

Do I need an engineer's stamp for a service upgrade?

For 1-3 family homes and small buildings your licensed electrician normally files the electrical work. NYC DOB Electrical Plan Review, which requires a PE or RA, applies to service equipment of 1,000 kVA or more or work above 600 volts (1 RCNY 4000-01). Your electrician confirms what the job needs.

What do you need to draw the set?

Architectural plans (for layouts and square footage), the appliance and HVAC list, and photos of the existing panel and meter. Cut sheets help us use real nameplate ratings.

Can you do as-built drawings?

Yes, at the end of the job. Send photos of the marked-up plans and panel schedules and we update the set. Priced per job after we see the markups.
