Altheim & Sons Electrical Consultants ("we") prepares load calculations and electrical drawings for homes and small apartment buildings in New York City. This page explains what we do with the information you give us. Questions: orders@altheimandsons.com.

What we collect

• What you send us: your name, email, phone, company, the project address, borough and ZIP, your building and appliance details, and any drawings, cut sheets or photos you send. This comes from our website forms, our ads' sign-up forms, and email.
• The free calculator runs in your browser. What you type stays on your device unless you press a button that sends it to us.
• Basic web logs kept by our web host (for example IP address and pages requested), used to keep the site running and secure.

How we use it

• To answer you, give you a price, and do and deliver the work you order.
• If you ask to be notified, to send you the email saying ordering is open.
• To keep records of the work we did, as the law and good practice require.

We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only with the services that run our business for us (our web host, our email provider, and file or form services we use to receive your project), with the licensed professional who files your work if you ask us to, or when the law requires it.

Cookies and tracking

Our website does not set advertising cookies or tracking pixels. If that changes, we will update this page first. Our web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts.

Emails and unsubscribing

We email you about your project and, if you asked, about ordering opening. To stop any non-project email, reply "unsubscribe" or write to orders@altheimandsons.com.

Keeping and deleting your information

We keep project information as long as we need it for the project and our records. To see, correct or delete what we have about you, email orders@altheimandsons.com and we will answer within 30 days.

Security

We keep your files in access-controlled business accounts. We never ask for or store card numbers on this site.

Changes

If we change how we use your information, we update this page and the date at the top.
